Along with a broad-based general education, Erika has a solid grounding in business, finance, technology, science, law, culture and politics. She rapidly and efficiently familiarizes herself with a wide range of topics and quickly analyzes new content. Erika can be booked for many different kinds of events – from automotive technology to futures studies.
Erika has gathered a considerable amount of experience as an interpreter and translator in the context of numerous intellectual property proceedings, for example before Germany’s Federal Patent Court, Supreme Court, and various regional courts. Besides her expertise with the judicial system and its unique vocabulary, she can also apply her sound technical understanding, as every patent requires a new analysis of the technical content.
Erika fuses profound expertise in psychology with her excellent interpreting skills to successfully support event organizers, institutions and companies at conferences, workshops and meetings on various psychology-related topics. She interprets at events on psychotherapy, psychiatry, personality development, and education.
Her academic background and her personal interest make her an ideal interpreter for conferences focusing on the social sciences and humanities.
